Using vernacular architecture as inspiration, this project continues to explore the mirrored and inverse relationships between interior and exterior space. The resulting form is defined by a clear, unobstructed rectangular prism as the interior and a thick, intricate mass that wraps around the exterior. However, these systems are not mutually exclusive
This House is designed for a collector and restorer of antiquities. The architecture itself inherently creates a series of shelves that serve the purpose of exhibiting the artifacts. The lower level is designated for dwelling and work space
